Vyntra Verse does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Service Providers & Affiliates

Data may be shared with trusted service providers or affiliates solely to enable service delivery, subject to strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

Legal Obligations

Data may be disclosed when mandatory under applicable Indian law, court subpoenas, or government directions, or to safeguard the rights, property, and safety of our users and platform.

7. Payments & Refunds

All course fees and transactions are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing within your specific course enrolment agreement. Vyntra Verse reserves the right to modify fee structures and policies at any time.


8. User Rights (Data Principals)

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Vyntra Verse acts as a Data Fiduciary. Users (Data Principals) hold the following rights:

Access

Request information regarding your processed personal data.

Correction

Request updating or correction of inaccurate/incomplete data.

Erasure / Deletion

Request deletion of data, subject to legal limitations.

Nomination

Nominate a representative to exercise rights in case of incapacity.
